Common Questions.

What Canadian sponsors ask before applying for their parents' Super Visa.

What if my parents have pre-existing conditions?
Most policies cover stable pre-existing conditions (controlled diabetes, blood pressure, asthma, etc.). We compare carriers to find the best option based on their specific medical history. Unstable conditions or recent hospitalizations may have a waiting period or exclusion.
How long does the policy need to be?
IRCC requires a minimum of one year of continuous coverage. Most clients buy exactly one year, then renew if needed. Super Visas can be valid for up to 10 years, so we set up easy annual renewals.
What if the visa is denied?
You get a 100% refund minus a small admin fee (typically $25–50). Just send us a copy of the denial letter and we process the refund within a few business days.
Can I get a refund if they leave Canada early?
Yes — we calculate the unused portion and refund the difference, minus a small admin fee. Notify us with a copy of their return ticket and we handle the rest.
